Open the quote list
Sample quotes in every stage: draft, sent, opened by the customer, approved, and changes requested.

Build a quote from the price book
Tap New quote → “$ From price book” and add a tank, labour and a tune-up in a few taps.

Text the customer link
On any quote, tap Text link or Copy link, then open it like the customer would and tap Approve.

Duplicate and edit
Copy an old quote for a repeat job, change the customer, save. It gets its own Q-number.

Download the PDF
Logo, phone, GST #, quote number, valid-until date and a signature line.

See the company page
Company profile, crew invites by link, and roles (owner, admin, employee).
