Terms of Service

Last updated October 10, 2026

These terms are between VoiceQuote ("we") and the business that uses it ("you"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you signed a separate agreement with us (like a pilot agreement), that agreement wins where the two differ.

1. The service

VoiceQuote lets your team build quotes on a phone, make PDFs, and send customers a link to approve. If you bought setup, we also help with your Google Business Profile, a simple web page and listings, as described in your order. We may improve or change features over time; we won't remove something core you're paying for without notice.

2. Your account and your team

  • You're responsible for who you invite and what they do in your account. Keep passwords private.
  • The account owner can add or remove staff and reset staff passwords.
  • Tell us right away at hello@voicequote.ca if you think someone got into your account.

3. Your data

You own your quotes, price book, customer details, logo and content. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. You can export them any time (Company → Export your data).

You're responsible for having your customers' permission to store their details and to text or email them quote links. Read our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

4. Fair use

Don't use VoiceQuote to break the law, send spam, upload malware, try to get into other accounts, or resell the service without our OK. We can suspend an account that does, and we'll tell you why.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are on our pricing page or in your order, in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes. Monthly plans are month-to-month. You can cancel with 30 days' notice by email; setup fees are not refundable once the setup work is delivered. If we change prices we'll give at least 30 days' notice.

6. Your quotes are your quotes

VoiceQuote is a tool. You set your prices, taxes, terms and what goes on each quote, and you're responsible for them being correct. Voice and address suggestions can be wrong, so check every quote before you send it.

7. No guarantees on rankings

We set up Google and other listings to give you the best shot at being found, but nobody controls Google, Maps or AI assistants. We don't promise any ranking, number of leads or revenue.

8. Availability

We work to keep the app running and backed up, but it's provided "as is" and may sometimes be down for maintenance or outages at our providers. Keep your own copies of anything critical (the CSV export makes this easy).

9. Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses like lost profits or lost jobs, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.

10. Ending the service

You can stop any time with 30 days' notice. We can end the service with 30 days' notice, or right away for a serious breach of these terms. Either way, you can export your data before the account closes; we delete it within 90 days after.

11. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If we update them we'll change the date above and email account owners about meaningful changes. Questions: hello@voicequote.ca.
